- Directly to retail customers (B2C)
- To wholesale customers (B2B)
- Via dropshipping arrangements
Some products may be sourced from third-party suppliers and publishers located outside the United Kingdom.
3. Wholesale & Dropshipping Orders
Wholesale orders may be fulfilled through a dropshipping model.
Under this model:
- Products may be shipped directly from our supplier or logistics partner to the final customer.
- Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location and customs processing.
- Product availability is subject to supplier stock levels.
- Certain wholesale products may be supplied specifically on request and may not be held in UK stock.
Wholesale customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Ensuring lawful resale in their country/jurisdiction
- Handling any local taxes or compliance obligations outside the UK
We reserve the right to refuse wholesale cooperation at our discretion.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

5. VAT & Taxes

7. Delivery

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Retail Customers (B2C)
Consumers may have rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Retail customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving eligible goods.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging where possible
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods.
Wholesale / B2B Orders
Unless defective or supplied incorrectly:
- Wholesale orders are generally non-refundable
- Special-order products may not be cancelled after processing
- Dropshipping orders already dispatched cannot normally be recalled
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- Images
- Website design
is owned by or licensed to Kniga-ru LTD and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Publishers’ trademarks and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Product Information
We aim to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.
However:
- Cover designs may change
- Publishers may alter specifications
- Colours may differ slightly from screen display
We do not guarantee that all information is entirely error-free.
11. Account Registration
Customers may be required to create an account for certain services or wholesale access.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Restricting access to your login details
- All activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kniga-ru LTD shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Delays outside our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful under UK law.
