Product availability and delivery times may vary depending on stock levels, supplier location and delivery conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retail Customer Returns<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a retail customer buying for personal use, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, the item must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unused;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in its original condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not damaged by the customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>returned with original packaging where possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You do not need to give a reason for cancelling an eligible online order within the legal cancellation period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How to Request a Return<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a return, please contact us by email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">info@kniga-ru.co.uk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your full name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>item name or ISBN;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reason for return, if applicable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not send items back before contacting us. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some books may be ordered specially from publishers or suppliers at the customer\u2019s request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special-order items may not be cancellable once processing has started, unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will clearly assess each case and respond fairly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"10\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wholesale and B2B Orders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wholesale and B2B orders are treated differently from retail consumer orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>wholesale orders are generally non-refundable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>special-order wholesale products cannot usually be cancelled after processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dispatched wholesale orders cannot normally be recalled;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wholesale customers are responsible for checking goods promptly after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"11\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items Lost in Return Post<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items reach us safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit unless we arranged the return shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"12\"
